I would first like to say that I have not felt this good for a while. Even though the journey has not been free from... aches and pains, those aches and pains have allowed me to be able to begin my a new chapter in my life. My hip and back were in constant pain because of how far off my body was misaligned. Through out the last few months, and through proof, not only with my physical well being, but also by seeing the visible change in my last X-rays, I have received a gift of being able to enjoy life more fully. I have enjoyed getting to know all of the staff, I enjoy going into a business that brings joy to others not only by the atmosphere, but also by the faith I have seen within. After living with scoliosis my entire life I finally found a chiropractor willing to treat the issue on top of the fact... that I was pregnant when treatment began. My original issue that brought me in was sciatic pain causing horrible restless leg syndrome that would keep me up at night! Once baby was delivered Dr. Chris & Dr. Aaron were able to get proper xrays which showed the severity of my scoliosis. After 3 months of intense therapy I not only grew a 1/2 an inch but I was able to decrease my thyroid meds and my quality of life has increased incredibly! I used an online coupon that offered an X-ray, evaluation and adjustment for a ridiculously low price. They barely... needed to X-ray because he found the issue just from my description of symptoms. They still did a full X-ray and found other problems. I scheduled my follow up appointment, this is where it gets good. We have been having car troubles, because of this I was unable to attend my follow up appointment. They were very understanding and rescheduled immediately for just 2 days later. Then I received a call the day before my appointment. The Doctor had been informed of my car troubles and offered an Uber free of charge so he could help me with my neck and back pain. This place is amazing. They are anti-medication, pro-health and they care about their patients even after just one appointment. I'll see you Thursday!read more
When our pediatrician told us that our daughter had scoliosis, he suggested we take the watch and wait approach. The... minute I got home, I began searching for people in the area that help could help. I found New City Chiropractic and read Dr. Chris’ own history with scoliosis and knew we needed to see him. I am SO grateful we did! A few months into my daughter’s scoliosis treatment, my kids and I were rear ended by a semi truck. Each of us began treatment at New City and have been helped and cared for so much by everyone at the office.
